You know power meters etc more structure

I suppose as a non racer like myself , structured training is not an issue ,but those that do race and adhere to a more structured regieme i can fully understand that if a thrash around the airport on a tues evening does not fit inwith their plans then obviously they aint gonna turn up .its just a shame that the numbers have dwindled , but times move on .

Seems to contradict your structured training methods somewhat !
So why dont you come along and see what readings your SRM will show .
The unofficial crit doesn,t seem to be doing Jason any harm as he, s having a rather decent season up till now !!!!!!!!!!!
